Kalibrate’s product gallery workflow can easily adapt to just about any type of photo gallery you want to use to show off your product images. For several clients, we have used jQuery or the Ajax tool kit to build elegant and user-friendly galleries for customers to view multiple images for a product.

The Kalibrate framework is fully equipped to help manage your online promotions, giving you tools to create sales for your customers. The promotions module allows you to create multiple promotions on the fly with properties for start time & date, end time & date, set the promotion on an order or for specific products, give a percentage off or set a dollar amount off, require & setup promo codes, create a shipping discount, and set whether or not the promotion is valid on clearance items.

Reporting is a tricky one – not from an implementation stand point from client stand point. Every client is different and every client wants reports specifically tailored to their business needs, that is why we pretty much log everything happening in your environment so if you need sales report, sales tax report, number of times a product is sold, or daily product sales - if you need it we can build it.

A good selling technique to attract more visitors is providing promo codes for customers to get a percentage off their next order. With Kalibrate, we make it easy to create and manage your promo codes through our promotions module. The interface allows the customer to enter their promo code during the checkout process where it immediately calculates the discount for the customer. Plus, Kalibrate only allows them to use the promo code once with their account and they can only use one promo code per order.

This is a pretty handy tool to have on your website for highlighting details on your products. When a customer rolls over a product image they instantly get a larger detailed view that they can move around to specific areas of the image to get a better look.

If you have international customers, no problem, we can setup the checkout process to account international addresses and processing credits. We have also implemented third party workflow to handle the international order process so depending on your global needs we can extend the framework to fit them.

Give your customers an option to select gift wrap for their order and allow them to enter a message with fields for To, From, and Gift Message.

Kalibrate has been configured to work with Authorize.net & First Data, but that does not mean we cannot integrate with others. Because of Kalibrate’s extendibility, we can utilize third party APIs to integrate other credit card gateway providers.

We can configure the properties to match your retailers and present a user friendly interface to allow your customers to quickly find the location they need.

This is a key feature in Kalibrate which allows your website to aggregate information across your catalog and different products. The site can be configured to relate products to other similar products using tags and classifications. For example, we can create cross selling techniques by highlighting multiple colors of the same product or show customers “other products you might like”. When users are viewing a product we can show associated tags that link to a tag results screen pulling in all the products related to that tag. If a user clicks on black, we can pull in all the products that are tagged with black. This is all done dynamically, and these types of features make it more efficient for your users to find the product they are looking for.
